All materials and ingredients will be provided.
A box to bring home steamed bun is provided.
Student will learn:
- preparation of steamed bun dough from scratch.
-knowing the ingredients used.
- Tips & technique of dough kneading to achieve smooth, soft and fluffy bun without adding any actitive or softener
- Colour mixing technique
-Tips and techniques of shaping and modelling.
-Facial feature positioning and assembling .
- Tips & tricks of proofing and steaming bun perfectly.
-storage and reheating method .
