This is a guide to baking natural fermentation bread in a one-day workshop. Our chef will explain the fundamentals of natural yeast soft loaf-making and yeast-feeding techniques. 

Natural Yeast Soft Loaf is made with low sugar and it's good for our digestion. The bread texture is also much softer and smoother compare to the instant or normal white bread in the market. 

Beginners or bread enthusiasts can therefore take part in this workshop and benefit from learning the proven recipes and bread-making techniques from our chef to bake them at home!
